Since 1996, we've dedicated ourselves to helping guests create amazing memories with friends, family members and co-workers. We provide a friendly, efficient staff, premium beef, an award winning wine list, and a scratch made dining experience produced from the highest quality ingredients. Outwest Steakhouse has been the recipient of the “Wine Spectator” Award of Excellence on an annual basis since 2010 and was awarded YES Weekly's “Triad's Best” Steak in Forsyth County in 2018.
